Hee hee. I love to play great game with Mum and Dad.
The other day, dad read me book about animals. I learned all about a cat, and a dog, a pig and a bird. They are very cute animals. And Daddy taught me the sounds that animals make. It was a fun reading time.
Now when mum and dad are sleeping, I like to show them how clever and what a quick learner I am.
I wait until everything is very quiet, and then at the top of my lungs, I let out my best bark:
RUFF!
Mum and Dad scramble to check if I am ok, but I play like I’m asleep. Close my eyes and be little innocent angel girl. Hee hee.
Then when it’s all quiet again…
MIAOW!
Ha ha. It’s our little game. Just wait until they’re breathing heavily. It’s most fun to get the element of surprise. It takes a while before they completely settle back in.
CHIRP!
I think I’m really catching on. Maybe they think it is a real animal. Ssh, they’re almost asleep, it’s almost time to give them another one…
SNORT!
He he he. Mummy and Daddy must be very proud of me! But they look a bit irritable and grumpy. I don’t understand!!
