Me Birthday

Did you know I’m now 2? When mummy and daddy say “Baby Scout, how old are you?” I say “Twooooooo”! I don’t know what it means exactly but I think I’m now big! Oh you should see me pressies – I had me a very Dora Birthday – a Dora Ball Pit, Dora Cubby Mini, Dora Book, even Dora Contact – you know, the stuff you put on books to protect them real nice.
Oh, what else? Some nice clothes to fit me now big pins, a farmyard puzzle – I’m so clever I can fit the animals into the right holes and a green sandpit. It has a lid!
And oh my favourite, a Disney wall poster that says “Scout” on it. That was from me Uncle Scott and Auntie Jude. They went and had me another Cuz on Monday – Joshua. He’s big already! Auntie Jude was champing at the bit to get his body out OUT! Or so mummy and daddy tell me.
On me birthday, I took some Ice Cream cake to the creche. They had me some candles but I didn’t blow them out – only spat on them a bit. That’s me form, you see. I like to keep ‘em guessing, those nippers. Just look out for that Baby Scout! She’s an enigma, some!
